What counts as a 'qualifying purchase'?
A qualifying purchase is any eligible order made through Rakuten’s platform (website, app, or browser extension) at a participating store. Most standard purchases qualify. The purchase must be completed and not returned to count toward your bonus.
When and how do I get paid?
Rakuten pays quarterly — February, May, August, and November (the famous ‘Big Fat Checks’). Choose from PayPal, mailed paper check, or convert to gift cards. There’s no minimum payout threshold.
